had sailin yesterdae... yesterdae too tired liao den nv post.. anywae wasn't expecting myself 2 sail so fast but nvm got 2 sail on a laser pico n laser 16. laser pico is a small boat which can take up to max 2 ppl quite slow but veri sensitive to direction. laser 16 another kind of laser which can take up 2 7 persons at a time. has a cooler on board which can act as a store rm. laser can travel veri fast but it is quite slow in respondin to directions. reached poly marina at 10 sumthin n was late suposed 2 reach at 9 but woke up late. den i went 4 a short briefin den went off 2 set up the lasers. the parts were located at a store rm the store was quite big. quite lost at first cos quite complicated but nvm i will soon get used to it. after tat we had lunch. we had nasi lemak quite fillin n nice. after lunch was briefin on how we goin 2 sail later on. each laser will be allocated with an experienced sailor... i got a quite gd sailor with mi explained to mi how to sail the parts of the laser pico the DOs n DON'Ts of it... after launchin it den we sailed slowly towards the big sea den after tat she how 2 sail n how to turn left n right which means jab to turn left n tag to turn right. after tryin a few times i learn to do it. after tat i had a capsize drill den got into the water. haha... den came the 2nd capsize drill i got ito the laser first after tat the laser drift off when my fren the experienced sailor even get on. den i tried to jab the laser back 2 her but couldn't. after tat the power boat came to her rescue n i went to the power boat n another gal took over my place. after stayin in the power boat 4 awhile, i switched to the laser 16 n another sailor taught us how to control the laser 16. it's actually same as the pico but it's more slow in respondin to changes. i had a try 4 tat n nearly capsize the whole laser which no1 had tried it be4. lucky i was saved. the place 4 us to train was quite limited due to the other big ships tat hv 2 travel around. after tat we had to recover the lasers back to poly marina. after recoverin, we had to wash n dismantle the lasers. after tat i left the poly marina n headed to kallang... my first time 4 sailin was quite fun... i enjoyed it but i noe it's never goin to be easy. i will train myself up a be a experienced sailor n tat's wat i gonna aim 4. represent sp 4 sailin... quite crap n unbelivable rite but i'm gonna set it as my target.
